Report a problem

Found a bug, or something that doesn't work the way you expected? Found a security issue? Or do you have a question? Tell us here.

How this works. We read every report. DarkWire is made in our own time, so we fix things as soon as we can, but we can't promise when. You don't get a report number, and a report can't be changed once it's sent: if you'd like to add something, just send another one. We only answer questions, and only write to you about a report if you say we may.
What we keep, and who sees it. Only what you fill in below, and when you sent it: no IP address, no account, nothing from your device. (Against spam, a scrambled form of your IP address is kept apart for one hour, to count how many reports come from it.) Only we read reports; nothing from them is published, except your name in the release notes if you say yes to that. Your email address is never shown anywhere. We keep reports as the history of the project. Changed your mind about being named? Send a report of the kind "Remove my name from the credits" and we'll take it off as soon as we can.
Found a security issue? Choose "Security issue" below. Only we read it, and you can stay anonymous. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before you make it public, and don't test on other people's devices or data. We don't pay bounties, but if you like, we'll thank you by name in the release notes.
